Jeniffer Wangui Njeri is a community development and youth advocate passionate about creating positive and lasting change in communities. Her work focuses on supporting women, girls and young people while promoting education, environmental action, dignity and community empowerment.

Over the years, Jeniffer has been involved in community initiatives with The Soina Foundation, Wonder Woman Elgon, Restoration Warriors Africa,Nia Ya Dada and Conservation Warriors contributing to programmes that support women and girls, strengthen community participation, promote environmental conservation and create opportunities for young people. Her experience has taken her to different communities including Turkana, Mt Elgon, Kajiado and Murang’a, where she has supported grassroots activities and community-focused projects.

She also serves as a Board of Management (BOM) member at Gatha-ini Primary School in Murang’a County, contributing to efforts that support learners and improve the school community.

Jeniffer brings experience in community mobilisation, project coordination, stakeholder engagement and advocacy. She believes meaningful development begins by listening to communities, understanding their needs and working alongside them to create practical solutions.

Her work is rooted in service, community participation and the belief that small actions can create meaningful change.
