He is also the Founder and Lead Developer of SkillsSync Global, an AI-powered career roadmap platform that recently ranked third in the UNESCO-supported AI4EAC Innovation Challenge.

Eugene’s leadership is defined by a proactive approach to solving civic and public health challenges. As an Assistant Research and Technical Officer at Applied Health Analytics for Delivery and Innovation, he engineers data solutions for critical malaria intervention dashboards. His civic-tech track record includes developing the award-winning "Knight Watch" campaign finance transparency platform and the "Kujua" public safety application. Also a Founder and Frontend Developer at Technetium Kenya, Eugene’s consistent commitment to launching transformative digital tools recently earned him a nomination for Young AI Innovator (Under 30) at the Africa AI Future Awards.
